Selling a 1941 Cadillac Deluxe Coupe that I have had for sometime. Selling off a few cars in my collection, as I am investing in a new business with my three sons. I looked hard for this one.....colors, condition, mileage, transmission, spotlight, visor, backup light, etc. I will be selling a few more classics over the next few months...stay tuned.Four years ago, I had Rick Schnell add the VERY rare Eddie Edmunds Aluminum Heads, Dual Stromberg Intake and Air Cleaners with 97 Carburetors. Complete with THE correct Mallory ignition that Don Bohnenkamp restored...... we split the exhaust and installed Porter mufflers with tips out the lower side of the rear bumper. The melodic sounds of which most have never heard.....are music to one's ears! Converted to 12 volts. Over $27,000 in receipts....the 346 flathead is 150 HP from the factory, but we figure the heads, carbs and intake, along with the dual exhaust may add up to and additional 50 HP!This one is still in Black Lacquer, which we did touch up....it looks terrific. The interior is a bit threadbare, original, but very nice. The burlwood woodgrain is very nice and the chrome and stainless has a wonderful patina. The radio hmmmmms only, but is setup for bluetooth and works fine with your ipod. This Deluxe Coupe has lived most of it's childhood in Colorado, and you can tell this one has been pampered all it's life. Delivered new to Capital Cadillac in Washington D.C. April 22, 1941 for $1,241.52.....some diplomat or luminary must have owned it as a new car. A very nice driver that you can have a lot of fun with and enjoy! Best Reasonable Offer!Any questions, ask for Bob at 612 889 2212.
