Up for auction is possibly one of the nicest and most legitimate 1981 Cadillac Cpe. Deville’s on the market today. Believed to be only one family owned since new with only 23,651 actual miles. Buick’s 4.1 Ltr. design that arguably, would prove to be the best engines offered for Cadillac in 1981. This vehicle is equipped with but not limited to; power steering, power brakes, climate control- ice cold air, and digital am/fm 8-track stereo. And it all works. This vehicle runs, drives and performs as close to new as possible. New parts consist of; new master cylinder, new radiator, new battery, new alternator, new 134A A/C conversion kits, new Vogue tires and new fiberglass bumper fillers. Interior is as close to new as possible. No dash cracks, no steering wheel cracks, no door panel cracks or discoloration, and the soft interior looks new. When we purchased her, there were aftermarket rubber floor mats over the factory carpeted floor mats that still look new as well. She’s included with all original owners manuals and maintenance booklets that are in exceptional condition. Chrome bumpers and bright stainless are over the top clean. Paint seems to be original and still shines as much as a 40 year old car possibly could. The header panel ( the panel between the hood and grill ) unfortunately has the dreaded “lacquer check”(the paint they used in that era) but does not hurt the overall appearance. We have set a ridiculous low reserve for an immediate sale. I have been in the used car retail/wholesale business for over 30 years and have always dabbled in old collector type cars.
