Description of 1963 Chevrolet Impala

For your consideration is a real attention grabbing 1963 Chevrolet Impala TRUE Super Sport, -door hardtop. The impala has a vintage look and retains much of the original charm. Equipped with a 327 V8 and 2-speed powerglide automatic transmission which was rebuilt 2 years ago, as also told by the previous owner that they are original to the car. You are NOT viewing a frame off restored 100-point AACA Senior award winning showpiece. This is just a nice, lean, ery presentable, ood running driving classic car that is very solid, urnkey, nd enjoyable immediately!
The paint is Red, nd in great shape, hines at any angle. No rust bubbles or issues. There are imperfections in the finish, s understandable with an older driver quality vehicle but as you can see from the photos, t presents very well. Car rides, rives, nd handles surprisingly well. Straight and smooth down the road with no shimmy's, hakes, r vibrations. The engine fires right up and has that distinct sound of a small block Chevy with glasspack mufflers. Headlights, rake & tail lights, linkers, nd windshield wipers function properly. The interior color is Saddle Tan and has a great clean look that compliments the car perfectly and shows very well. No rips or tears but just one seam on the passenger's seat needs to be re-sewn. Carpet is in good condition. Headliner in good condition with no rips or tears, o sagging. The dash is uncut with original buttons and switches in place. Aftermarket CD stereo installed inside the glove box to retain it's original look. The title is clean & clear, nd in hand. Recently changed the battery, tarter, adiator & hoses, uel pump, uel filter, nd as mentioned earlier, he transmission was recently professionally rebuilt.
Since owning the car, have installed a passenger side mirror and dual rear antennas. For that comfortable ride, lso installed is an air-ride system, iving that lowrider look when parked and raised height look when normally driving. Car sits on steel wheels with the factory correct Impala SS 14" wheel covers. Tires have 90% life and leak no air. Also added matching rear seat belts for 3 passengers and replaced front seat belts.
