You are bidding on a 100 % original 1961 Chevrolet Impala 4 door sedan. This car has 42,420 original miles. It is a 235 6 cylinder that has been completely rebuilt (about 2000 miles on rebuild) and a 2 speed power glide transmission. I starts, uns and drives like new. It has been certified Historic Preservation of Original Chevrolet Features by the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. It has been driven 5000 plus miles on Chevrolet Tours. It has the original Fingerhut plastic seat covers so the seat upholstery has never been sat on. This car had 27,000 miles on it when I bought it 8 years ago. The paint is all original except for some touch up below the blue side molding. It needs to be touched up again in the dog legs and lower front fenders (see pictures). All gauges, lock and radio work. It has 2 sets of tires and wheels, arrow white radials as pictured and a set of wide white bias tires and wheels for show. The chrome is 100%. Comes with shop manual and original tool kit.
