Description of 1967 Chevrolet C-10 |
CLEAN 1967 Chevrolet C10 Short Bed Custom Arguably the most beautiful generation for the Chevy pickup this C10 features tons of custom touches and runs as good as it looks. With just over 4000 miles on the chassis since the restoration a little over 5 years ago. The engine was recently pulled to address small leaks and while I do not have mileage specifics on the small block it starts easily and runs strong, eaturing a basic corb setup that looks at home in the truck. Transmission shifts strong and doesn't slip in any gear. This has been my personal weekend cruiser for fun and its never given me any problems. This one is rare, factory AC cab truck with the one year only small rear window which went away in the 1968 model year. This truck was featured in a promotional video for Adam's Premium Car Car and C10-Trucks.com, ee video below: Exterior is painted in a magnificent sunburst orange metallic paint with a cream vinyl and gray tweed interior that was recently redone. The bench seat is comfortable and features fully functional shoulder belts for safety. Floors have been covered in a high end black carpet with no stains, ips or tears. Dynamat was laid under the carpet to help with sound deadening. The rear end has been fully shaved and a one of a kind, piece rear bumper was built to house a pair of LED tail lights. Front end is mostly factory stock for 1967, ut a cowl induction hood was added to give it a more aggressive look. All chrome work was performed by Classic Components out of SoCal. The fuel tank has been relocated from behind the rear seat, he filler neck shaved, nd a smooth mounted filler sits in the center rear of the bed, hich is a great looking oak with multiple coats of varnish and chrome hardware and rails. The vent windows have been shaved and power windows were added by the previous owner. AC blows cold, ut the compressor is due for a rebuilt and could use a new belt to eliminate a squeak that occurs when the AC is running, therwise not a single mechanical issue in this truck - very streetable and reliable! A vintage style radio is installed with decent sounding kick panel speakers in place, ut trust me - cruising this truck with the windows down on a nice day you won't want the radio on anyways! The truck is currently rolling on a set of BOSS 383 20" wheels and new tires with less than 300 miles on them since mounting and balancing. The truck has been converted to 4 wheel disc brakes and features a 3-switch manually adjusted air ride system (1 for the rear and 2 for the front corners) The air system is filled via a pair of compressors and tanks cleanly mounted under the cab and operated with manual switches under the dash. PSI is monitored via the 3 gauge pods mounted in the center of the customized dash pad. Underside is clean and rust free - truck currently is not setup to lay out completely on the air ride, ut could easily be tubbed to set it down on the frame if you wanted. Its a perfect weekend cruiser and turns heads everywhere it goes. Buy it now and enjoy it exactly as it sits, r swap to a modern LS engine and upgrade the air suspension to create a serious show truck. Selling to clear room for new projects. Serious inquiries only please. You won't find a similar quality truck for this price anywhere! Too much to list it all here call (909)821-0757 if you have any questions.
