FRAME OF, ut and Bolt restoration on this Chevelle Malibu SS ( Tribute ).

• 454 Big Block recently rebuilt with a pair of 1966 - 396 Heads, new 850 Holley Carb 4150
• Rebuilt M-20 Muncie 4-speed with ( New linkage and Z-bar components )
• New clutch kit, new BBC Aluminum Bell housing, new Flywheel and bolts
• Hooker comp. Headers, ith Flow-master 40 and New 2 1/2 in. Exhaust system
• Powder Coated - frame, -arm, Radiator support and cross-member.
• New front end, BC coil springs, all joints, y rods inner and outer, nd front shocks
• front and rear sway bars
• Beautiful Red paint and new black interior with orig. bucket seats .
• This Chevelle features a 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears.
• New CPP 4 wheel disc brakes with braided lines.

• Dyna - mat type noise reducer, sed on the floor and firewall
• Boyd polished aluminum wheels, hat are mounted on new Cooper Cobra 255 x 60 x 15 rear, 35 x 60 x 15- tires.
• This Chevelle has been a 3 year project. Extreme detail given to this restoration The car started out as a bucket seat 4 speed console car, Also started out a nice car with minimal rust. Some rust at back window area which was cut out. Replaced the lower rear quarter panels with patch panels and welded in. The body was removed from the frame where the frame and other parts were sand- blasted and powder coated by coating co., the body was striped to bare metal, traightened, rimed and blocked until lazer straight. Car was painted with a base coat and cleared. Every nut and bolt was removed and all parts were cleaned, ainted, ubed, iled or replaced with new, hen all parts were reassembled. Partial list of new parts include bucket seat tracks, ll rubber seals, luminum radiator, ll hoses, eater core, uel tank, ending unit and fuel lines, oof rail trim inside and outside, irrors, un-visors and mounts, eadliner, new upholstery, oor panels, arpet, ncludes complete dissemble of steering column, new blinker switch, earing and lever, S steering wheel, lassic look digital radio, new windshield and smoked colored back glass, olished stainless trim, new door handles, ocks, love box lock, new front and rear bumpers, nd all new trim parts on the grill and rear of car. The list goes on for new parts like battery cables, ntenna, heel well chrome, ood spear, peed o cable, auge kit, oor hinge pins and strikers, ody bushings, illet alternator bracket, hrome alternator, otor and trans mounts, hrome bolts in front fenders, elts, an, ocker molding, nd the list goes on. Everything works . Doors open and close like new. all the body gaps are great, uns great and sounds awesome with a lobe from a mild cam. engine has no oil leaks. This is a beautiful car and shows awesome. paint is not perfect does have a couple of very small chips and small imperfections, ut are not obvious to see em.
