I have up for bid my 1985 Chevrolet Silverado C30 1 Ton 2wd with the 454 and 78,791 original miles. It is a very clean truck for its age and has been well taken care of. Body wise it has one small dent on the passenger side door as seen in the picture. Other than that it's very straight. It has the original paint and as you can see from the pictures it's starting to peel off in places on the hood and on the top of each fender. It has a few scratches here and there but it cleans up nice and could use a good detailing job. Body is rust free and the undercarriage is very clean as well. Some of the exhaust clamps are rusty and could be replaced, f you wanted to. It does have an exhaust leak on the passenger side donut gasket, ery easy fix. The bed is in very nice shape aside from the usual scratches, ut is dent free. It also has the holes for brackets for a camper as well as holes and brackets for a 5th wheel. There are three seven pin plug-ins, wo in the bed and one on the bumper, nd two of them work. It's also wired in the cab for a trailer brake controller. THE BRAKE CONTROLLER IS NOT INCLUDED. The tint on the back sliding window is peeling off on the driver's side. It has the factory extended mirrors for towing. Engine wise it runs very good. The carburetor is an original 800CFM Quadrajet and I just put a new kit on it. It could use a good tuning, have it close but it could be better. The electric choke doesn't work. It has power going to it so I'm thinking it's just old and went out. It has duel exhaust and it is in good shape except the clamps. The truck sounds really healthy minus the donut gasket leak. It has air conditioning and it worked before I pulled it off. I took it off because I was going to take all of the California emissions off of it, s we don't have that here where I live, ut decided to keep it original so it just needs to be put back on and recharged. It has a turbo 400 transmission and it works perfectly. The interior is very clean. The dash has always had a cover over it so there are no cracks. The seat has also always had a cover over it so there is no tears or rips in it. The headliner is hanging down but it's great shape, ust needs some adhesive to put it back up. The truck has cruise control but the button for it on the end of the turn signal lever is stuck in all the way. I'm guessing there is a spring in it that's broken, ut I have a brand new lever that comes with the truck, ust needs to be installed. The carpet has an oil stain, s you can see in the picture, ut I'm sure with some good cleaner it would come out. Like I said, he truck could use a good detail job. All of the glass is good with no chips or cracks. On the passenger side door there is a strap and it has a little chrome cover that hides the screw and that is broken, he other three are in nice shape. The driver side vent window knob is loose but the window still opens. Everything inside works including the cigarette lighter. The truck has duel 16 gallon fuel tanks and both work. The fuel tank switch in the cab works as well. The truck is in great shape for its age and turns a lot of heads. Everything on it is original except the rims, he alternator, nd the fuel pump. Everything else is original from 1985. Oil was changed every few months whether it needed it or not.List of parts just installed:-4 brand new LT235/85/R16 tires(Approximately 400 miles since installed)-New Battery(Side and top mount)-New Belts-Upper and lower radiator hoses-180 Degree Thermostat-Water Pump-Plugs, ires, ap, nd Rotor-Fuel Pump-Alternator(93 amp)-Headlights(High-beam and Low-beam)-Carburetor Kit-PCV Valve-Fuel Filter-Throttle Cable-Transmission Fluid and Filter-Rear-End Grease changed and new Gasket installed-Rear Break Job(new shoes and drums turned)-New Blinker Lever(Needs to be installed)Things It Needs:-Choke-Donut Gasket-Blinker Lever(New one comes with truck, eeds to be installed)-Carb.
