Description of 1971 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 K10 4x4

Auto restoration shop offers this 1971 Chevy K10 factory 4x4 pickup. I bought this truck last week with the intention of doing a full frame off restoration for a customer. Said customer changed mind on restoration to buy a mint restored unit I had. So here is a great pickup to do a full or partial restore on. This is a factory un-molested mostly original truck with original paint. I've driven the truck 30 miles with no complaints, eady for the new owner to take to the next level. These trucks are getting hard to find, specially the coveted 1971-2 years with the better factory options.

Click this photobucket link for 91 pictures of this truck. Many pics with flash on my vehicle hoist.

MECHANICAL

Basic performance built small block Chevy 350 with HEI (electronic) ignition, uadrajet 4 barrel carburetor, luminum intake. Built a few years ago with under 5000 miles on it, ice RV cam, ounds great, stimated 325HP. TH-350 automatic transmission rebuilt at same time with motor. Power disc brake Dana 44 front axle, 2 bolt rear axle with limited slip locker, 05 gear driven transfer case. This truck is part time 4x4.

BODY

Original paint and body on this truck, oes not look like any panels have been removed. Overall excellent condition speaking 67-72 truck. There is rust in the rockers, hose will need to be replaced. Several companies make the kit, ome rust at bottom inside of tail gate. The pictures on the hoist show the underside in detail. Finding an original paint truck of this era is uncommon, ut what I look for, ou know exactly what you are dealing with.

I bought this truck in the high desert of eastern Oregon, here are only a few places I can find trucks like this, ostly Idaho Oregon Montana. Most of these 4x4's are converted from 2wd. When there is a "K"in the VIN, ou know it's a factory 4x4. This truck will come apart and go back together much better than the typical cobbled crap we all see for sale. Please look at all the pictures closely, nd check out the video, think they tell the entire story. The GM factory line scribbles (Yellow) still evident on the firewall.

I have a clean clear title in hand. eBayers with less than 10 feedback need to email me phone # before bidding. I accept cash in person, ank to bank wire, r check to my US Bank business account within 3 days closed auction. I will take PayPal on this truck, ut you must pay the additional 3 % of the final price to cover their fees. I send you the title and BOS directly after payment is cleared. Truck or papers leave my possession only when cleared in full. I have a shipping broker whom has shipped dozens of vehicles for me, 'll put you in contact with him or work with your shipper. Thanks and Happy Bidding!

I listed this truck today with a BIN of $8500, forgot eBay removes that option when a bid is placed under the no reserve format. The truck is for sale at $8500 firm locally and to any eBayer at that price before the auction end, f no sale, ill be sold to the highest bidder through this no reserve auction.
