1972 Chevrolet C20 Pickup Base 6.6L

This is the last of the old time Chevy's, efore they started to add smog equipment on them. It has a 133" wheelbase instead of a 127" which means the cargo length is 8 ft 6 inches instead of 8 ft and only 3,328 were made and most came with a 350 engine,this truck came with a 402 big block. My truck has been in the desert all its life and has some surface rust, o dents fromaccidents. All parts are original except for the radio. The truck is a 3/4 ton but therear endhas new gears and a rebuilttransthat are 1 ton that came with itand have overload springs to carry the heavy campers of the time it also has new tires on it and a lot of new equipment on it. A lot of these great old trucks were sacrificed when they had cash for clunkers.This was my project vehicle, ext was going to be the engine and then the body, ut my body has given out from being a carpenter for thirty years and I can not do the the the rest of the work. This truck is still being driven when the wife needs theother car we boughtand I need to go somewhere. A true classic truck that is worth the time to restore. This is a special limited truck made by Chevy that regular C 20s didn't have such as1 ton rear end 133 in wheelbaseand other equipment.
