Early monte carlo started life as a typical garage kept senior citizen vehicle, he body, aint and trim is straight and all there and mostly original. Chrome is all in great condition, loors, rame and chassis are solid. It does have the typical bubbling under the bottom of the top moldings and wheelwell trim, runk is dry and solid, ackage shelf and below rear windo, nd windshield is solid, ll glass is in great shape. Engine is a early 010 4 bolt bored 030 with torque plates,decked, orged flat top pistons.L98 GM aluminum 58cc heads ported with springs set up for comp 507 lift 230 duration 107 lsa hyd camshaft.10.5-1 compression and runs awesome with 300 rear wheel HP. Modified 750 edelbrock carb and HEI dist.Trans Is a modified 700R4 rear is 373 posi. Car cruises 24-2500rpm @ 60-70 mph just getting started.Heavy duty radiator and duel cooling fans, /C components are still in the body I was planning on upgrading the lines, ompressor and condensor with vintage air pieces. Boyds custom wheels made specific for this car in 20x10 rear with KDW BFG 285-30ZRs and 20x8.5 front with KDW BFG 255-35 ZRs (wheels and tires alone were over 5K) this entire package and they fit perfect, ngine trans rear and tires has less than 3500 street miles. So in general this car runs, rives and handles great.....just needs cosmetics on the body and paint, ome interior freshening to be a totally awesome pro-touring car. Over 23K invested with a reserve of less than half of that.These cars are getting hard to find like this, he heavy work is done and you have a solid platform.
