This 1964 SS Chevelle is a real SS that my father has owned for 10 years. When he bought it he drove it less than 40 miles and started a complete tear down. The restoration has been an on and off thing for the last 10 years. During that time he was able to repurchase a 66 Chevelle he had owned for 25 years so he has two Chevelles to play with since he retired. I grew up in the back seat of a Chevelle and don't recall a time that he didn't have one or restoring one. That being said, his 64 Chevelle he built was not built to be sold and was built to his preference and as you can tell he likes a clean factory look. It has a non matching numbers 1964 327 with double hump heads with a m21 Muncie 4 speed transmission. I guess he likes that look because that's how they looked when he was a teenager growing up. It is new from one end to the other including reproduction wiring harnesses front to back, ew fuel tank and fuel lines, rake lines and disc brakes up front including all new suspension. Even new a-arms and springs. The black paint is immaculate with all the stainless and aluminum restored and polished. The interior is new down to the new seat foam. The beautiful wood wheel is GM as is the factory Muncie 4-speed shifter that is so sweet. A car of this quality is not found often and cannot be built for this price. He has over 50 thousand invested but at 66 years old he doesn't need two Chevelles. If this little jewel strikes your fancy, ake it yours. It's never been to one single car show. Please email for more info or you can call my dad at (706) 264-7808. Thank you.
