SUPER CLEAN 1971 CHEVY CUSTOM CAMPER 20 WITH A FACTORY 402

THIS CALIFORNIA NATIVE WAS A CUSTOMER ORDERED TRUCKTHATWAS BUILT AT THE FREMONT PLANT IN CALIFORNIA AND THIS1971 CHEVY CUSTOM CAMPER WAS A GARAGE KEPTTRUCK.MY DAD HAS OWNED THIS TRUCK FOR A FEW YEARS AND HE HASDECIDEDTO LET IT GO. THIS TRUCK WAS PURCHASED FROM THEORIGINAL OWNER IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND IT'S IN GREATCONDITION AND ISMOSTLY ORIGINAL GOOD LUCK FINDING ANOTHER ONE IN THIS CONDITION. THISTRUCK IS LOADED WITH OPTIONS FROM THE FACTORY SUCH AS AIR CONDITION, ODY SIDE MOLDINGS UPPER AND LOWER, ST EQUIPPED, OOL STOWAGE SIDE BOX,TINTED GLASS, LIDING REAR WINDOW,AUX BATTERY, AMPER WIRING,402 V8 MOTOR,400 AUTO TRANS,HD REAR SPRINGS, OWER STEERING, OWER DISC BRAKES, M PUSH BUTTON RADIO, ILT STEERING COLUMN, UCKET SEATS WITH CENTER CONSOLE. THE BODY AND PAINT- The body on this truck is in overall super condition with factory floor pan that are solid along with the kick panels, hey are also solid and are not showing any signs of rust or surface rust through the paint. You will not need to patch or replace the floor pans or kick panels in this truck. The original fire wall is in great condition and has not been cut up or beat on. Theoriginal paint on the fire wall is in good condition also there are no rusty spots on the driver's side or passenger side in the upper corners of the fire wall. The bed sides or quarter panels are original to the truck and are in good condition they are not full of body fillerand they have not been crashed in to they look straight when looking down the sides, hey are not wavy or beat up.Both the doors are super clean and solid with no signs of rust or rust bubbles they look great. Both the front fenders are in great condition and are not beat up or cut on or rusting out they are clean fenders. I have checked the passenger side fender down low in line with the battery and it shows no signs of rust same with the driver's side. The passenger side inner fender wells also shows no signs of rust same with the driver's side. The radiator support is also original andshows no signs ofrust and will not need to be replaced.The originalinner and outer rocker panels are not rusted out or full of body filler and will not need to be cut off or replaced they look great. The windshield pillars and upper windshield area both outside and inside are rust free and are in super condition. Behind the inner windshield rubber across the top is also dry and still shows its original paint at the pinch weld this area is not rusted out. The top of the metal dash down by the windshields rubber is in super condition and still has the original paint and is not rusty or water stained. The hood is straight and is not bowed it fits great. The original hood hinges are in good condition and are not sprung.Over all the body on this truck is not dented up andthis is a straight truck with good body gaps throughout. The bottom side of this truck is not rusty or full of under coating it is apparent underneath this truck that it was not used in the winters. Thistruck has all its original GM panels and this truck is not rusty or full of body filler. When you look down the side of this truck it is not wavy. The factory colors are medium blue and white and the paint is older and is getting thin on the roof and the top of the hood but overall the paint is in presentable condition.

THE INTERIOR- The inside of thistruck is in super condition for its age. Theoriginal front bucket seats look greatand isnot torn or worn out they look good. The carpet is also in good condition and is not worn out or stained. The dash pad is in good condition there are no cracks or blemishes. The originaldash bezel is in good original condition along with the gauges.the door panels, eadliner and sun visors are original and are in good condition. Theradio is original but the original speaker is not working. The dash paint is in good condition without chips or scratches. There are no addedspeakers in this truck. The felts and rubbers are also original to the truck and are in good original condition. The original steering wheel is in ok condition with a few small cracks. Overall the inside of thistruck is superimpressive and is super clean looking.
THE BRIGHT WORK- The original outer upper and lower moldings are all in goodcondition and are not beat up and all of the wood grain is in good original condition. The front and rear bumpers, ide mirrors, he door handles, nd the rest of the outer bright work is allingreatconditionfor being original also all the glass is in good original condition. the grill shell is also original and is not overlyscratched up or dented it is super clean for being original.
THE MOTOR- This truckis equipped with theoriginal402 motor and thistruck runs great and is not a leaker or smoker. the motor is equipped with all the original factory accessories and this truck has good power.

THE TRANS - The transis the originalturbo400 that is in good working order and it does not leak or slip. The rear end is a nice tight rear end that does not clunk or howl.

THE RIMS ANDTIRES- The tires are in good condition and the stock steel wheels are clean. The original hubcaps are in good condition.

THE ELECTRICAL- The original electrical in this truck is in good working order including all the outside lights, ll the interior lights, he dash interments, orn, linkers, eater blower and the stock fuel tank gauge.

THE OVER ALL- This truck is a clean driver that was well taken care of and was not beat on or abused. This truck is ready to enjoy and is a blast to drive and is super dependable it's just a cool looking truck. This truck comes with the original blueCalifornialicense plate. The front end is nice and tight and this truck steers straight. The exhaust is older but is in good condition and this truck sounds good. The original steel rims and hubcaps are in good condition and are clean. This truck is equipped with the stock springs and this truck rides nice but will support a heavy load. The original factory build sheet sticker is on the back of the glove box door and is legible it's in good condition. The glass is not cracked or pitted and is in good original condition. The front and rear bumpers are straight and clean they look good. The AC is in good working order ant it was converted a few years back, t may be due to be topped offed. This truck runs and drives super and is very dependable. The brake master cylinder and the booster are original and they work fine. The bottom side of this truck is not under coated from the factory and it is clear to see that it is not a rotted out mess and that it's a solid truck. This is a dry truck that did not see much moisture when you look at the back side of the rear view mirror, he shifter, he blinker arms, he inner and outer door handles and the other bright work there is no pitting or rusting. This truck gets a lot of attention and is affordable to own
