1970 Chevelle SS 454 Custom ProTouring

This a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 Custom, uilt to look like a 70 Chevelle SS 454, ust finished a body on frame restoration ( 4 bolts away from a body off not certain why we didn’t do that ?) Fresh built (496) using a 454 BBC appx 500 HP Aluminum head engin, speed(Borg Warner) trans, 2 bolt rear end (NOT posi) and modern front Tubular suspension with Disc Brake, t is a very enjoyable car to drive ( down the block only), hile not “FLAWLESS”( is any car under $100K?, t is very Straight and sharp, olid ARIZONA rust free Chevelle . Engine has less than 30 minutes of run time and less than ONE (1) test mile on complete restoration.Startsinstantlyevery time insane Power and you can hear it as well.

Chevelle: Car began as an Arizona Rust free "Mailbu Sport Chevelle" NOT an SS to clarify.

Engine is a 454 using a 280 Comp cam with 560 Lift flat tapet motor reliable streetable horse power. All internal engine parts are new, lean 4” hooker headers, ll suspension is new or rebuilt from the steering box to the brake slave cylinders, very part in the front end is NEW, ncluding tubular upper/lower control arms, inch drop front spindles with new Disc brake, ew booster master cylinde, proportioning valve and brake line, ith new lowering springs and new bushings. New Full 3” inch flow master dual exhaust with single chamber mufflers.

Wheels Tires New 18×8 and 20x9.5 Ridler 695 chrome wheels with 245/45/18 front and 285/40/20 Nitto rear tires put power to the 12 Bolt rear axle with 3:73 gears.

ELECTRICAL/ ELECTRONICS- new printed board and dash came out of a 1970 SS Chevelle A/C is NOT hooked up but included in the trunk with purchase it is a Vintage Air kit. Twin Electric fans with all new wiring and relay and Temperature sensor to gauge.

BODY-New full Goodmark front clip hood etc (Body was not damaged ) just cheaper and faster to buy new parts rather than media blast front clip and fix small dents etc. All new inner fender-well, attery tray, nbsp;front bumpe, ll the lights and all lens.

POWDER COATED - Satin black cars original core support and braces all bumper brackets were sand blasted and painted 2 stage black

PAINT:

All paint is is 2 stage BASF Diamont Hugger Orange with Tuxedo black stripes, ainted cleared, nbsp;sanded and re-clear coated so you cannot feel the stripes.

All undercoated materials are Evercoat from filers to primer all the same brand (no mix match budget junk or on sale materials on this build)

Firewall is smoothed out welded up holes and painted sating black

Frame was sandblasted and painted urethane black.

INTERIOR-ALL NEW MATERIALS TOP TO BOTTOM FRONT TO BACK !!!!! $750 NEW Procar bucket seats comfortable bolstered seating with retro look, ll interior new door panels front and back were custom made to match the pattern of the ProCar Seats so it all flows. New Headliner & New carpet kit. All weatherstrip is new everywhere

SUSPENSION: Front has 2 inch drop disc brake front spindle, ew proportioning valv, ew power booster lines and Master fluids etc, ll new

Rear is still drum all new BrakecylindersU- joint, ew custom drive shaf, EW Moog steering components idler arm, ll new brake lines up front as well.

New powder coated Tubular A-Arms up front as well.

EXHAUST: All new 3" front to back Flow-masters with Single chamber mufflers and hooker 4 inch headers.
