This is a true 1963 Impala Super Sport . When I started this project I looked for a long time for a pristine subject to start wit, it was always garage kept and very clean . It was originally a 327 car . I was lucky enough to find a 1963 passenger car (NO TRUCK MOTOR) 400 H.P. 409 complete to have professionally rebuilt with all new 10.5 to 1 pistons and all balanced and blue printed with over 13k invested in motor, casting number is 3830814. So I meticulously proceeded to finish to a stock look . It has factory exhaust manifold, hate headers to nois, electronic distributo, which looks stock . I found original 409 carter 4 barrel carb 196, I had it rebuilt with new Teflon bushings (no Edelbrock ) . It has all original valve covers and air cleaner . It has all new 2 1/4 aluminum exhaust installed like factory . It has all new 409 coil springs with all new gas shocks and bushings . New tires and brakes . It has all new seat, carpe, floor mats with original headliner . Needs kick panels and package tray replace, out of stock when I ordered . New trunk mat and new rubber trunk seal . The radio don't work never got there, but dash all original not cut or played with, original dash pad not cracked The engine compartment was all repainted with correct satin black . It has all new Ermine White pain, never even been on highway . All original glas, chrom, aluminum and sheet metal . This is an absolute sweet ca, I have appraisal on this car for $39,50, which I will send on request . I'm forced to sel, my loss your gain . Thanks For Looking
