Description of 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

This is a great 53 Bel Air with many new parts installed in the last year. Here's the details:
  • SBC350 300HP Crate Motor from West Coast Engines - 1000 Miles on it
  • TH350 Rebuilt - 1000 Miles on it
  • FITECH EFI System with Fuel Command Center (no carb!) This makes the engine run so much smoother and the throttle response is amazing! Comes with hand held unit you can plus in to set idle and make other misc. adjustments if you wish.
  • HEI Distributor, Chrome Water Pump, One Wire 100 AMP Alt.
  • High Flow Aluminum Radiator with Aluminum Octagon Overflow
  • Headers w/duel exhaust - Flomaster 40 Series - 1000 Mils on it
  • Lowered 5" - Removed leafs & lowering blocks in rear, lowered springs in front.
  • Air Shocks in rear with a compressor - Control module mounted below dash for adjusting rear ride height.
  • Chopped 5" - All glass, no plexi - Really smooth roof line. Chop was done 20+ years ago.
  • Satin black paint (not primer!) in fair condition - Minor dings here and there, but all around the body is straight. Very little bondo when I did a magnet test when I bought the car a year ago.
  • 54 Bel Air Grill and Tail Lights
  • Headlights are Halo lights and have a nice modern look. Easily changed to your liking if desired. Also, the halo's have not been hooked up, only the headlight. You can wire these as turn signals or driving lights or whatever you want.
  • Tuck & Roll vinyl interior - Seat are in good condition and very comfortable. Front bench is split. Seat belts have been installed in the back for kids.
  • Smoothie Wheels rattle can'ed black - Needs powder coating. They are flaking.
  • Chrome spider caps
  • New Cokers all around with less than 500 miles on them
  • Drum brakes, in good working order.
  • Car drives straight and reasonably well for having factory suspension.
  • Very little rust on the underside, only surface rust.
This is a fun car to drive! I've driven it on a few 100 mile round trips and had zero issues.
