This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is what many of you Chevy fans have been waiting for. With a bold yellow exterior, custom interior, overdrive transmission, and an upgraded 350 small block under the hood, you'll be surprised a such a nice droptop classic Camaro can be within your budget. This was the final year for the first-generation Camaro, and Chevy decided to give it some grown-up sexy curves with a new more angular front end, style lines that ran the entire side of the car, and a shapely rear. All of this is nicely highlighted by the bold Sunfire Yellow paint. It's a modern clearcoat application that lets the sunshine-friendly droptop have some extra luster in the sun. Plus, the black SS stripes look fantastic against the yellow. In fact, the yellow looks so good, we like the custom touches such as the painted bumpers and Chevy bow tie in the front. But this custom presentation doesn't lose all the classic elements that make this a sports car icon. You see it in the front air dam, D80 rear spoiler, and the Super Scoop cowl hood. Now finish off this classic package with the iconic Rally wheels, but make them the larger 15-inch models to really fill in the fenders with American muscle. The exterior stripe package looks great coordinating with the newer black convertible top up. But with the touch of a button, the power roof comes down and showcases a custom interior that also matches so nicely with the exterior accent color. In fact, you can really tell a lot of thought went into this one from the first moment you lay eyes on the interior. The black bucket seats have custom cloth inserts so you can leave the top down for everyone to see, but still don't have to worry about your legs touching hot vinyl on a sunny day. Plus, in between them is a custom center console with cup holders. The door and side panels are a custom setup with the Chevy bow tie logo embossed ahead of the door handles and nice yellow piping to coordinate with the exterior color. You get a grippy Grant GT steering wheel on a tilt column. Beyond that are the factory gauges supported by auxiliary readouts, including a large tach. This is a pretty good indication there's something special under the hood. We always love to see trusty Chevy 350 ci power in an engine bay. These motors are infinitely upgradeable with great and reliable components, and you can see there has really been an investment in this one. More than just the tidy presentation of the belts wires, and hoses, there's a great shine on the air cleaner and valve covers that also carry Chevy's "Heartbeat" slogan in a very cool way. There was also an investment in high performance. The V8 inhales deeply with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and performance hi-rise intake. It exhales with authority from long tube performance headers that feed a rumbling MagnaFlow dual exhaust. But more than offer serious power, this Camaro is also an easy cruiser. That's why it has power steering, front disc brakes, and a nice upgrade to a 200-4R four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.Complete with owner's manual, this is a fantastic cruising machine at a fantastic price. A vintage '69 Camaro convertible muscle car is the ultimate dream for many of us, and a turnkey classic doesn't get more affordable than this. Call today!!!
