This classic 1968 Chevelle convertible was in complete driving condition and enjoyed by our son for regular transportation. The 350 engine was completely rebuilt. Brand new Edelbrock carburetor, 5 brand new G/T Cooper Cobra p215/70R15 tires, new carpet, fully restored convertible top with new fabric and glass rear window,and a new radio with speakers.After a small fender bender that did minor front end damage (leaving the car fully drivable) the car was completely disassembled for ground up restoration. Our intent was to have a heirloom vehicle for our son. Unfortunately the car required more work than was anticipated to achieve this goal due to prior restoration attempts by previous owners. We chose not to continue with the project and have decided to sell the car in its current state.If you are someone with thecapabilitiesof restoring or rebuilding this vehicle you can potentially own a true classic. All the parts are present and labeled.Vehicle is being stored inside. This car can easily be rebuilt and driven or used as a parts car.This car is currently stored at a restoration shop in southern NJ. It can be seen Weekdays 9-4:30 (appointments required.) Buyer will be responsible for transporting the vehicle.
