Up for auction is a very nice 1937 Chevrolet Standard. Complete nut and bolt restoration of a nice original car. The following is a partial list of parts used on this street rod rebuild: - Over $80. 00 in receipts of both parts and labor. - Rebuilt 350 TPI fuel-injected engine- Rebuilt 700R4 automatic transmission- FatMan frame and rolling chassis. complete with 4 wheel disc brakes- Power rack & pinion steering- 16-gallon poly gas tank- 15-inch Boyd Coddington wheels. 185 on front. 275 on rear - all BF Goodrich tires- Dakota digital gauges (gas gauge needs ohmed)- aluminum radiator and auxiliary electric cooling fan- AM/FM/CD stereo- Vintage heat and A/C (needs new condenser. crack in current line. I have a new replacement condenser that will go with car. )- tilt steering column with Grant steering wheel- V-Butted windshield with tinted glass all around- Optima red-top battery located in trunkCar was completed in 2012. Built as a nice driver but has trophied at numerous car shows. Car has 2. 00 miles since being completed. This is an all steel car except for the rear fenders which are fiberglass and 2 inches wider than originals (to accommodate wider tires). Complete new cloth interior with rebuilt original seats (very comfortable). Rear windows no longer roll up or down (crank handles deleted). Trunk finished and detailed also. This car has all of the rust cut out and replaced with steel patch panels from Moffitt Chevrolet in Springfield. Ohio. Paint is base-coat clear-coat - dark blue and charcoal.
