Description of 1955 Chevrolet Other 3100 PANEL

Found out in NY, and picked up with thought we'd rehab it, but timing isn't working out.
In working order, OK to drive around now, but would be cool to re-do.

Have clear NY State transferrable registration. NY doesn't title older vehicles. Sheet metal has rust as pictured, frame and under carriage has surface rust but seems to be in good shape. It has a straight 6, maybe a 219? We believe it is the stock. 3 speed manual transmission on the column. Can assist to ship worldwide.
