1952 Chevrolet 3100 pickup mounted on a modern S-10 Chassis that has been Ls swapped with a GM 6.0 backed by an auto 4L60E. The truck runs VERY strong and shifts great. My son and I built the truck two years ago. We put an electric speedo and tach in it this spring and have put almost 2000 miles on it this summer. A couple features on this old truck are: - 2004 GM Vortec Ls 6.0 - 4L60E transmission - Locker 3:73 rearend - Aluminum radiator with electric fan - Disc brakes front and back - 695 Riddler wheels, 10x20 rears and 8.5x18 fronts - Tires 305/35/20 rears and 245/40/18 fronts - All lights work as they should, headlights have low and high beam - Electric Auto meter 5" Tach and Speedo - Does not leak, smoke, or make any funny noises.
A couple things to know:
- This truck has a clean and clear Indianatitle as a 1952 Chevy 3100 pickup -My son and I aren't master builders; we built it to be safe, reliable, and fun, in that order -You can follow the entire build and just some fun pictures on my Instagram account, search longneck_ratrods - Truck does not have door windows. (everything is there and works just no windows) - The truck sits very low (front bumper is 2.75 inches off the ground) be aware of road conditions in your area. - The truck is not perfect so if you're looking for perfect, keep looking. I recommend scheduling a time to inspect the truck or have a 3rd party inspect the truck before bidding. - I will answer all question about the truck in a timely manner.
