1971 Chevy Corvette LS-5 4 spd. 59,341 original miles. Car runs and drives fine. Original Muncie transmission shifts smooth and no problem with the clutch. 3:31 posi rear end. Brakes work great and so does the emergency brake. Car does have high performance aluminum radiator and runs cool all the time with no over heating problems. Interior is in good shape. Paint on car is a 7 out of 10. Has some chips on front headlight door and hood has a small spot where paint is cracked. Door panels have some weathering cracks and dash has a very small crack. Has 15" Riddler rims with Cooper Cobra tires. Has original Astro Ventilation glass in car. Original rear bumper recently rechromed and new corvette emblem on back. This is a non-power steering equipped car and had factory air conditioning when new and has been removed since. All lights work including turn signals and high beams. Headlight doors work perfectly. NOM motor. Motor is a 1973 block. Has all the LS-5 parts on it, oval port heads with hydraulic cam and pro-flow intake with holley carb and headers with full flowmaster exhaust. Motor has 60 lbs. oil pressure and seems to be very tight. Carb could use a rebuild and a tune. New spark plugs and wires and valve cover gaskets. Does not have heater box or original ac and is missing some windshield wiper parts. The passenger door will not open because the lock is broke in the lock position. Passenger side T-Top rubber molding is loose and needs reglued. T-Tops do not leak. This would make a great muscle car project for someone who has the time and money to invest in a solid original barn find. Reserve is set low because it has to go. Frame and all suspension parts and tires in good shape. Original T-Tops have been repainted and do not match body color.
