Even if you believe all trucks are created equal, there's no denying you get something quite special when there has been the level of investment that went into this 1969 Chevrolet C10. From the custom paint with amazing pinstripe, to the gorgeous bed, to the ZZ4 performance crate motor under the hood, this pickup has been transformed from everyday hauler into a true dream machine. That paintwork is striking, isn't it? The white is a pristine and clean canvas to lay down all that metallic blue. With the SS-style stripes on the hood and the side streaks, this one strikes a cool balance between the proper C10 lineage and a true Chevy SS machine. But take an even closer look. Making the blue and white separation even more distinctive is a bold green pinstripe applied by the famous Chris Cruz out of Daytona Beach. So you have a rewarding piece to tell people when they get up close to your pickup at the shows. But more than just a great story, this one gets its details right, too. Shining chrome bumpers, complete wide grille, and large 18-inch Coys wheels complete a terrific first impression for this custom truck. And don't forget about the bed, because they certainly didn't during the restoration. The red cherry wood laid in this pickup is some of the finest we've ever seen it looks like the entrance to an estate home. Inside, the restoration budget went to making sure the black bench seat had the proper texture and luster. And the door panels, carpeting, and dash pad all match this in both color and quality. You can tell the aim was to create a very factory-correct atmosphere including the original-style gauges, but you can also spot some nice upgrades. For example, the radio is a more modern AM/FM unit with digital tuner and below that you'll notice the controls for the newly installed aftermarket heat and A/C system. The wood rim of the Grant GT sports steering wheel adds some sporty distinction while also warming up the atmosphere. You'll love opening the hood at car shows because that 350 cubic-inch motor looks great with the Chevrolet performance valve covers and an air cleaner that matches the green exterior pinstriping. And beyond the great presentation is a ZZ4 performance crate motor that's been enhanced with features like a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Hooker long tube competition headers. So yes, there is some serious power and a wicked growl from the dual exhaust. Making the most of this full package is the 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission that offers crisp downshifts for performance driving and an overdrive gear for highway cruising. Add in features like power steering, power front disc brakes, and C10's sought-after trailing arm rear suspension, and this is a great pickup to drive anytime, anywhere. This is a performance vintage pickup that's a complete and clean build (don't forget to even check out the undercarriage photos.) A turnkey package this nice doesn't come around too often, so hurry up and call today!
