Two owner 1967 Impala convertible (not SS) 327 275hp pg ps pb. I purchased this car from the original owner in 2001 from Lebanon, pa. It was originally red. The car got some professional welded floor work and a repaint in red sometime in the 80’s. From 2001 on it got all paint stripped to bare metal and da with 80 grit. New sheet metal included two piece quarters and waterfall work with mig. That was followed with ppg dp90, k36, dp90, 9700 concept black. Bright work was plated and 327 long block was exchanged with professional correct period HC code 327 (engine now has about 3k miles on it). In short, everything was new going back together some of which is engine items, hei, 4 coil springs, ball joints, all energy suspension torque arm bushings front and rear, strut bushings and motor mounts (to fix the wire hold down campaign problem), new windshield, all weather stripping everywhere and whisker, stainless professional polished, 304 stainless dual exhaust system, new canvas top (not vinyl) with glass rear window (no plastic), new tack strips, new top well, new top pads, seats were rebuilt up from the painted wires with new foam and burlap with Car’s seat covers. Everything works as it should. All gages work. No radio. It is ready to go anywhere without concern. It needs some tlc such as the plated wheels showing some corrosion, door and quarter trim being original, some dings, pg leak from sitting, visors are new but won’t stay up, steering wheel is 67 Chevelle but really nice with replated trim . Fiberglass was laid in the trunk over sound original floor after dp90 in the trunk and inner quarters then painted with concept gloss black. It’s a nice car, but needs tlc attention. It’s a lot of fun to drive. Clear OH title in my name with mileage stated on title as correct. Paypal for deposit only, balance with bank cashiers check only (no paypal for balance). Can’t release the car without owner sign off approval on payment.
