Description of 1971 Chevrolet C-10 |
NO RESERVE!!! Bid to win! Up for sale is a very rare and hard to find GMC shorty Van. This is a P10 model. It's the smallest one they offered and is built on a C-10 chasis so you benefit off of having a ton of aftermarket suspension parts being available if you plan to customize it and make it a shop truck and get rid of the ice cream truck windows and put panels back in or turn it into a business and sell food or anything else you want at a car show. It will get a ton of attention. Again these are getting very hard to find. It's fairly complete and the body isn't in bad shape other than the two noted parts that I took a picture of and also the fender. All of which can be repaired as they are all flat panels.Comes with a set of hard to find period correct dog dish hub caps and wheels in fantastic shape. The motor is an in-line 6 cylinder and currently is setup to run on propane but I'd recommend ditching it and going either to gasoline or drop a nice v8 and make it a hot rod. Wouldn't take much work as I said your essentially buying a shortened c10 as that's what it's built off of from the factory. Comes with a clean Nevada title. This is a project truck and will need some attention before it can be road worthy. Ran a year ago when parked on property. International buyers are welcome to bid. Please only serious buyers. The last few pictures are examples of these value vans built so you can see it's potential. |
