Description of 1982 Chevrolet El Camino

This el camino is from arizona wand has only 35k. The truck has no rust on it what so ever and the underside looks like it is almost brand new. Under the hood is a 5. 7 vortec block . 030 over. AFR aluminum heads. polished and ported. 57cc chambers. tune port injection. GMPP TPI cam with 525 lift and 112 separation. dome pistons. and 1. 6 comp cam roller rockers. Internally balanced and built to about 420 HP. The engine literally hasn't even been broken in. it was built. put in the car and hasn't even been fired up yet. This is a project car. the interior needs to be put back together (trim. seats. carpet etc. ). the wheels are 18 inch with brand new tires. the paint is in great shape for being about 10 years old. The transmission is a 6 speed manual out of a WS6 trans am. It has been rebuilt as well with high quality parts. It has 3. 42 limited slip rear with hotchkis suspension (lowered a couple inches. ) The truck is about 80% together and it comes with everything you need to complete it. other than carpet. I don't have time right now with all the stuff I have going on to put it back together and break in the engine. These cars go for 7500-12. 00 dollars done. I am up for trades. but no low balls. I will be posting more pictures when I find a minute to get some. I am up for trades. but no project. On Nov-20-14 at 08:48:14 PST. seller added the following information: Alright. I have added new photos so that there is no miscommunication on the quality of this car. The chips and little bit of rust are in the pictures. This car DOES NOT RUN. It needs to be finished. I stand corrected on the mileage. it is 32. 00. The engine is fresh and needs to be broken in. from the machine shop. The car comes with a brand new computer with the hardware and goodies for it. It will have to be programmed for the engine and transmission. The car has a lot of loose ends. but in my professional opinion. it is 2 days worth of work. If you do not want to do the wiring aspect. throw a high rise and a 700 double pumper on it and let it eat. The car is very solid and just needs a little attention. I have 4 boxes of parts for the car. It has recaro racing seats that are very nice. It has an aftermarket steering wheel. It has auto meter gauges (that were set to match the original mileage. to my knowledge) and it has a center console. The WS6 transmission is worth 3 grand alone!!! This car is well worth the time and effort it needs. You're looking at a potential 12 grand!
