I'm looking to sell my solid and mostly original 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster 4 door sedan project with a clear and current KS title that matches the serial number plate inside the PS front door. The car has a newer 235 engine in it that turns over by hand but I haven't tried to get it running. The car has a newer set of 15" wheels on it other than the original spare. The car has very minimal rust in it and no filler. The original trunk pan and spare tire well is like new. The rust through that I have seen is a small spot in the ds front floor, a small amount under the rubber in the ps front floor/rocker, rust in PS rear door bottom and a spot under the DS rear taillight. A previous owner sanded parts of the car down and put the parts in different primers. There was no filler used on the car. When the previous owner was sanding down the car the hit the trim around the front and back glass and they're starting to rust. The doors open and close like new. The hood and trunk latches need work to operate correctly. The front and rear bumper valances are slightly bent. The front bumper also has a slight bend on the PS. The dash on the car is complete and has a nice factory radio in place. All of the glass is in place but I'm sure there's some issues due to age. The car comes with some parts that have been removed from it as well as some spare parts that the car really doesn't need. The car comes with a pair of accessory front bumper wraps, a pair of nice rocker moldings, all headlight parts, front marker lights with spare, DS front fender extension, PS rear fender with stone guard, rear seat ash tray and some other small parts. I've been told that the car has been lowered in the front but I'm not sure. This car would make for an easy original style restoration or build it your way. The 200 plus pictures tell the story. Thanks for looking.
