Description of 1953 Chevrolet Other Pickups half ton

1953 Chevy 3100 pickup patina truck for sale. This cool truck is sure to turn heads. The truck has been updated with a s10 frame and ls motor from a Chevy Tahoe pickup. Drivetrain had 113k miles on it and runs well. Automatic trans (4l60e) is behind the motor giving it a nice setup. All the hard work installing the LS motor has been done! No tryng to install or figure out how to flash the computer or how to wire the motor for standalone use...its all done! New wiring harness for motor and 12 circuit wiring harness for truck itself installed.
What sets this truck apart from others is the detail. Firewall is nicely painted blue as is the inside of the cab and dash. Updated gauges fill the factory holes and a bluetooth radio for playing tunes. But best of all.. air conditioning! New front grill which has inserts painted. New glass.New seat cover highlights the interior bench seat. Chrome column and steering wheel. It even has working windshield wipers. But not done yet...a pair of new Dolphin gauges complete the blue painted dashboard. It is even painted blue behind the bench seat to match the dash! New headliner completes the interior nicely.
Truck has air conditioning for those hot days! New Aluminum radiator installed to cool down this awesome drivetrain.
Updated Ridler wheels (18 inch) and new tires help with the look everyone wants. New wood bed kit installed as well.

As with any older vehicle and new build, there are always things to tweak and make the truck your own. This is a nice resto-mod or rat rod patina truck..or whatever you want to call it. There are squeaks, rattles and other cool noises. Be unique.. pull up to a car show or anywhere and be ready for the attention. This is not a fully restored truck but a driver. The truck does have bondo in spots but looks awesome with the paintwork done. Sure to stand out when you drive it so be read for some thumbs up and attention when you stop.
