Description of 1952 Chevrolet Other

1952 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe 2 Door Sedan. I have been building this car for myself. but due to medical reasons. I am forced to sell it. It has a new 350 Chevy engine and a 700R4 trans with a Nova rear. The car has a Nova front clip with power disc brakes and power steering. It has a vintage air AC system that blows cold as well as heat. VDO gauges. late 80's Chevy steering column with tilt. complete new wiring harness. 12 volt system with Delco Alternator. The body has been shaved. decked. and nosed. The headlights have been frenched. The tailights have also been frenched and changed to '39 Ford style lights. The doors and trunk open with electric solenoids on the key fob. with a hidden switch in case of emergency. The paint is single stage Satin Black (NOT PRIMER). and the interior is gloss black base clear. The seats have been foamed and new seat covers applied. but the interior is basically unfinished. All of the mouldings around the doors and windows have been painted. but have not been installed. as I was waiting until the headliner and door panels were done. I do have all the rods for the headliner. The car has also had the Olds style one-piece windsheild conversion with new gaskets on the glass. The side glasses are all cut from tinted laminate glass and all have new regulators and fuction appropriately (both front and back). There is a rock peck in the left quarter glass. but it is not at risk to run or cause any issue. The trans does have a small pan leak. and needs the sending unit adaptor for the speedo to work. but other than that. there are no issues with this car at all. The exhaust is stock Nova manifolds and glass pack style mufflers. Front bumper is a new one piece and the rear is original. The wheels are Coker steel powdercoated wheels. with baby moons and new tires. There is a ding in the center grille strip. but I have a NOS replacement piece that I have just not put on yet that will go with the car. I also have the lower rocker panel moulding. if the buyer wants them. As you can see from the pics. this is an extremely solid car with countless hours of custom work done to it. The floor pans and trunk pan are very solid and did not need replacing. If you are wanting a drive anywhere custom that's low and mean without the headache of airbags. then this is it.
