"Could It Be You. Driving In This '52!How would like a car to drive that has a lot of modern stuff in it. but still keeps those Fabulous Fifties alive? Here is a car that is just plain fun! I am a broker and I have been hired to sell this car. It is definitely a "blast from the past. " It has been fun to drive and photograph. I have used my digital camera and the pictures have not been re touched. and have been downloaded and put on this auction as I took them. For the first time. since it came off the assemblyline in 1952. this car is being put up for sale. A 1952 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe 4 Door Sedan. This car is not a restoration. this car is mostly original but with a few modern twists to make it a fun everyday "cruiser. " First off the straight six engine has been completely rebuilt about 5 years ago. the owner installed an oversized camshaft during rebuild and now has about 1. 00 miles on the engine rebuild. It comes with a rebuilt single barrel carbureator. Also. the owner installed dual exhaust straight pipes with glass packs. and a Chevy Camaro rear end differential. It comes with new drums brakes. drums. shoes. and new brake lines. Electrical system has been converted to a 12 volt system. and uses an alternator instead of a generator. Transmission was overhauled by the previous owner. no repairs have been needed at this time. Original radiator has been re cored and rebuilt and working perfectly. New brake master cylinder. Comes with an alarm system. automatic door locks. which is very cool. All new safety glass installed. all old glass has been removed. The rear of the car was lowered 3 inches. The car has been repainted. white top and gray body. and looks fantastic. All chrome has been removed and re dipped and re installed. and shines like factory new. Comes with the original 3 on the tree manual shift transmission. Now the fun part. in the glove box is your Alpine Stereo with the works and has 8 Kicker and Alpine speakers. full Alpine Amplifiers. and take a look in the trunk. plenty of sound for you and those that pass by. Has Ipod hook up too. Has new gray cloth upholstery. seats. door panels and headliner. which makes it so comfortable to drive and to also be a tag a long passenger. The wheels have the original black paint with silver pin stripe and original hubcaps. The '52 has never been in an accident and always garage kept. A new sunvisor over the front windshield has been added not only to keep the sun out your eyes. but to just jazz it up! What more would you want in a car for fun and use as a classy cruiser? Features were flush front fenders. closer fitting rear fenders. broader grille. curved windshield and more integrated body lines.
