1959 Chevy Apache 3100, Custom-Double Deluxe, Short Wide-Bed FleetsideSelling my really rare 1959 Chevy 3100 Apache short bed Fleetside. This Truck is an Original one year paint "Galway Green/Ivory White" two tone color, It is the Rare Custom Double Deluxe model with Big Back window, Rare Trim package, original visor & elephant ear option mirrors. The paint is partially original with the previous owner having done touch ups, bed still has original wood. Truck has 1959 Corvette 283 with around 31k miles, (listing would not let me input 31k?), runs excellent! Tranny is a new (1,000 miles) hard to find 93 corvette 4L60/700R 4 speed automatic with a Lokar shifter. New radiator with electric fan. Sits on 16" steel smoothies and has 3" lowered Posie springs all around. Runs & Drives great! Power steering & power Disc brakes in front. Chrome tilt column & custom 15" steering wheel. Also has a Kenwood Bluetooth, CD/Radio w/Kick Panel speakers. Sounds nice..Rust; Truck has no rust in floors, steps & cab corners, (In pictures it look like rust on back of cab corners but the previous owner sprayed an under coating on everything underneath including under the hood.) There is some, minimal rust bubbles around the lower fender area & some rust under the drivers door. Looks like the previous owner repaired the passenger door bottom, Otherwise there is mostly surface rust nothing major, plenty of Patina if you like the driven worn look.. The truck is like an antique, it is worn & has character w/upgrades.
