Listing my 59 Apache Double Deluxe Short Bed unmolested ORIGINAL paint truck. One LONG TIME owner farm truck with original key that still works everything. Had to be garaged as the pot metal is really nice. I started to remove a few emblems & trim which are photographed separately. This is the model that replaced the popular Cameo series. I've replaced the front bed panel (saved the original), new wood in bed, new vintage air heat, power disc brakes, stops really well, new hoses, radiator, fuel pump, tune up, new wiper motor, new original upholstery kit, seat, visors, door inserts & arm rests, and rubber floor mat, new windshield&gasket, new vent window assemblies and window felts&runners. The original motor & transmission have NEVER been out. It's the 235 six cylinder & 3-speed on the column. It runs and shifts like new with NO leaks and NO smoke. I changed ALL fluids & filters and refilled with PROPER lubricants. She's so original the factory assembly line chalk marks are still present on the firewall and under battery tray. It's never even had a clutch (which works fine) as you can see in the photo the bolts with original braded ground cable are untouched. Drive & enjoy as is with an authentic patina appearance or refinish if you like. The doors open & shut nice.....horn & door locks work....has some rust in the normal corners...nothing major....frame and undercarriage is very clean...rear cab corners are rusted...replacements are included if someone wants to refinish the truck. Have clear title for this original uncut mid-western truck. Its got dents, dings & scrapes.....61 years old and NEVER been repainted. Deposit is non-refundable.
