Description of 1958 Chevrolet Impala |
This 1958 Chevrolet Impala is truly a tidy classic. It has a tidy look with the bright white paint; a tidy interior with plenty of classic details; and a tidy engine bay with updated V8 power. So if you love a neat classic with plenty of details on display, check out this coupe. The '58 Impala is always a great decision for a distinctive classic. After all, it's the debut year for this legendary Chevy name, and it's also a single-year design. They made sure this one stood out from the crowd even more with an investment in a respray of a crisp white and plenty of modern clearcoat to give it luster. And speaking of shiny things, the brightwork looks quite nice on the full-length trim, wraparound rear bumper, and all those jet-age details. There's even added sparkle from upgrades like cat-eye headlights and 15-inch polished alloys. The red interior almost looks like it's radiating from within this car, and so it begs people to come closer. And since a pillarless hardtop give everyone a clear view of the inside, you'll be glad this looks so nice. This is a well-done total package that gives you classic and distinctive elements, like the tri-tone seat inserts and a rising rear center armrest. It's all preserved quite nicely in a taut clear plastic covering. The dashboard is a big step forward compared to 1957, and the correct dual-spoke wheel is beautifully finished in a two-tone, with lots of chrome details. You'll also notice some well-integrated upgrades, like the cup holders and a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner. The engine bay is also part of this show-worthy package. You've got a tidy look, plenty of polish, and some great details (like how the valve cover orange accents match the engine block color.) There's upgraded power with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and Hedman long tube headers feeding those large dual exhaust pipes. Plus, this also has the right supporting components, like an MSD distributor and an aluminum radiator. It's a strong running motor, and the whole package was built for driving. That's why you have a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/discs up front. This is a tidy, distinct, and sought-after classic coupe. So when it also has been done to such a high standard, you know you need to take this one home. Call today!!! |
