Here is a really solid 1980 Chevy K-1500 Short, Wide bed 4x4. It is a unrestored factory paint truck. YES it has dent, dings, typical square body rust but it is 100% original factory paint. Mechanical the truck is extremely solid I would would not be afraid to head across county in it today. The 350 V-8 has been recently rebuilt, with a pretty big cam installed to top off the motor a brand new Edelbrock manifold and 4 barrel carburetor, also new under the hood, set of headers and straight pipes all the way back, this truck is VERY loud. master cylinder recently replaced, new alternator, new battery and cables. The truck has dual gas tanks and both work, the drivers side tank was recently replaced. The truck runs GREAT. The truck also drives out very good, transmission shifts like it should, suspension is tight, 4wd works great front hubs are manual. The truck has no problem running 70 mph all day long. As you can see from the pictures this was a factory AC truck, but the compressor was removed long ago. 31" tires, freshly painted wheels and new beauty rings all around. The bed was not used for heavy hauling as it is not dented up like a typical 40 year old truck. Most of these truck are full of bondo, this one is all original paint. Some of the trim pieces are missing and lots are dinged up. But for a 40 year old truck its got a great stance and still looks very good.
