Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 |
For sale is my 1957 Chevy 150 2-door post (just like Bel-Air but has different trim), The car is a head turner and draws lots of attention. It had a frame off restoration about 10 years ago, (have all photos and documents) and it is still in great condition although not perfect. Needless to say the body, frame, and undercarriage is rust free, there is some surface rust on the rear bumper. It has a rebuilt Chevy small block 350, upgraded to all Edelbrock performer specs for easy and reliable cruising. Rebuilt 700R4 4 speed overdrive. Aftermarket Air Condition blows nice and cold, Power rack and pinion steering, Tilt steering column, 4 wheel power disc brakes, (brakes are a bit weak and need attention) 9" Ford rear end with 3.70 gears and traction lock, 1" drop spindles in front and 2" drop springs in the rear. The interior has fully functional 1999 Eldorado (I mistakenly said Lincoln in the video) power bucket seats and the upholstery alone cost over $3,700 (have receipts). Custom Classic instruments gauges, all work accept for temperature. All the glass and trim are in great shape, the only parts that need attention are the rear bumper and one of the front bumper bullet guards. The body is very straight and there are no dents or dings, the car looks great overall and is presentable for a daily driver, but it will need a exterior only respray of the PPG Red to be a show car again, there are some cracks and thin spots, watch the video down below, I try to show some of the imperfections up close. To try to build this now would cost a minimum of $50K or better, I'm only asking $37,500 or best serious offer due to my current financial situation, I bought the car last year and used up most of my savings, with my work being slow I can no longer afford to keep it... it only needs a few small things to be daily driver worthy, my loss is your gain. Please call or text me with any questions or message me through eBay. (76O) 477-323seven (Please only contact me between 10am and 8pm PST) Thanks and God bless!
