Description of 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Tribute |
This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS tribute has all the right pieces you love. After all, it's hard to resist a coupe with a performance big block, four-one-the-floor, and a slick appearance that makes it as mean as midnight. The black paint has an instant presence. It has the kind of luster that instantly conveys a serious investment in professional paintwork that will stand out at any car show. The body work is quite good, and so it gives this coupe a crisp style that's absolutely authoritative. Of course, what also helps with this imposing look is the hidden headlight blackout front end of the upgraded RS package. Plus, this has the right Super Sport aggressive details, like the big chin spoiler, velocity stack hood trim, full-width rear spoiler, and nicely contrasting D91 hood stripe. And those upgraded American Racing Torq Thrust wheels with extra meaty rear rubber that signal a nice upgrade in power (more on that in a moment.) But while this dark Camaro looks mean, it also has plenty of style. The bumpers and trim are bright from a proper investment, and that gives this muscle car an overall look of quality. The black interior continues to give this coupe a mean streak, but you'll also notice the quality continues inside, too. The door panels, carpet, seat covers, headliner, dash pad, and more all have the look and feel of new. They wanted to give you a stock feel to the atmosphere, and so you have pieces like the factory dual pod gauges and the AM radio is still on display. But they also wanted to make sure this was a proper driver's machine. That's why you have the right upgrades, like the Grant mahogany sports steering wheel, crisp Bosch auxiliary readouts, and a Hurst floor shifter with a bright cue ball that's calling out to you from all the darkness. The best Camaros have big block power, and so this RS/SS tribute needs that kind of muscle, too. The 402 cubic-inch V8 has a tidy appearance that will make you happy to show it off. And the bold block, shining valve covers, and air topper with callout all look like they are radiating power from within this dark engine bay. It's a mighty motor built with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, high rise intake, and long tube headers that feed the rumbling dual exhaust. You'll also notice that this has a fresh look to a ton of the right supporting components, including the HEI distributor, Accel wires, brake booster, and an aluminum radiator. You'll love the way this big V8 fires up with gusto, and you get to take full control thanks to the four-speed manual transmission. Plus, it's an all-around solid driver with power steering, power brakes with discs up front, and upgraded tire package afforded by the upgraded wheels. A seriously slick look meets serious street-eating power. So you need to get serious about this Camaro quickly before its gone. Call today!!! |
