STK 2820 1933 Chevrolet Master Coach Street Rod This 1933 Chevrolet Master Coach has been the proud possession of our current owner since 1961. It has received a total restoration (circa 1993) including a broad range of mechanical enhancements and has always been stored in the garage. According to GM lore, Chevy produced various models of this sedan in 1933 - this Master Coach was the 'Impala' of the day. The all-steel body was carefully prepped and refinished in Honduras Maroon with a custom grill and stainless insert. The 'Turret Top' was refabricated with plywood and a vinyl cover. A luxurious interior features beautiful gray cloth seating w/comfortable front bucket seats from a late-model Honda Accord along with Vintage Air (needs new high pressure hose), power windows (new glass) and an AM/FM/CD stereo system. A stylish custom dash incorporates a full set of Stewart Warner gauges, tilt column and custom wheel. Horsepower is furnished by a low-mileage 327/275hp small-block graciously donated by a 1965 Impala and never requiring a rebuild (w/date code). It is now fitted with an aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb, 327/300 cam, HEI distributor and 'rams horn' manifolds attached to a custom dual exhaust – beautiful sound. Behind this Mighty-Mouse sits a 2-speed PowerGlide from that same Impala. Cooling is managed by a Walker radiator w/electric fan. This street rod sits on a solid frame and is equipped with a Mustang II front end w/power rack-and-pinion steering. Rear leaf springs mount a '55 Chevy differential with street gearing. Power disc/drum brakes w/dual master have been installed and polished Cragar Street-Pro 15" chrome wheels mount BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. All electrics have been enhanced to facilitate a 12V alternator-based electrical system. Look at the photos again - this handsome Chevy Master Coach street rod will soon make a new Bowtie owner very proud. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
