this extremely original, solid, and rare 1957 Chevrolet Cameo pickup. Although the term "barn find" is used wildly by some, this is aTRUEall original barn find that was Found in the state of Nebraska this big back window Cameo was originally owned by, Jay Novak, the owner of the Rosen-Novak Chevrolet dealership in Omaha Nebraska. It is an original red on red Cameo and has never been restored or molested. It had one repaint in the late 60's. It is also extremely solid and rot free from tip to tail. The original 283ci V8 engine, Hydra-Matic auto transmission, and rear end runs drives and shifts very well Again, front floor boards, rockers, cab corners, frame rails and body are all solid and amazing. This is a very complete Cameo with all nice original glass, nice original trim, all original interior, all original panels and glass bed sides, original grill, origina, bumper, original bumperettes, original tail lights, original functioning tailgate, even original weatherstriping. Doors and tailgate open and close soundly and precisely. Original bed wood rotted away long ago and has been replaced with an easily removable steel plate. .
