1964 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop project

1964 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop. No post. Base car. No A/C, AM radio. not an SS.  My wife's aunt purchased the car from a dealer in Florence Alabama in 1964 and I have documentation to verify that. The car has never been wrecked and it's as straight as new. Restoration was started 20 years ago and never completed, but the car was unfortunately left outside. It needs complete frame off restoration, but it's a solid straight car and we have everything. Original 283 cid with power glide 2 speed automatic. Frame is solid. Body is 98% with some rust beyond surface in only a couple of spots mostly on valance panel at rear bumper. Needs floorpan. All glass and brightwork are intact. Engine is currently equipped with a GM Aluminum intake and Edlebrock 1406 4 bbl. which necessitated installing new GM valve covers. The Original intake and carb come with it as well as the original Chevrolet "script" valve covers.  I installed a new starter motor and changed the oil and filter. Car will crank, run and move under its own power, NOT ROAD WORTHY! Car is located in Zip Code 35610 (North Alabama) and I will work with buyer on shipping and delivery. I have a car hauler and will deliver within a reasonable distance. Except for the fuel system, this car has had no modifications inside or out. I have the original tail lights as well as a new aftermarket set.  The brightwork trim was removed during the afore mentioned restoration and is inside the car.
