1976 Chevrolet Luv MIKADO Custom, 4cyl., 4 speed trans., Patina, Runs, Drives.

AS-IS, WHERE-IS, NO RESERVE.1976 Chevrolet Luv MIKADO.MAKIDO was the deluxe model compaired to the standard model.Stock 1.8 L ISUZU Gas Engine.Stock Standard 4 Speed Transmission.We have had this truck since 2007 and maintained the daily driver status up until about 2 years ago when I retired.Since then truck has spent most of it's time in storage being driven once a month just to keep it in running condition.Not driven daily as I have 8 trucks, had 11 but sold 3 so far, 2 cars and 2 motorcycles use gets spread out.Seems like now that I'm retired I don't go anywhere anymore.Retirement project that I know I won't get to. Health Issues and too many projects = some gotta go.It's just getting very difficult to maintain them all.I was going to redo it as a custom mini truck. Truck is very complete and a great start.Over the years of ownership I have accumulated replacement parts for things I was going to change out that will be included in the sale.Over the years I have disassembled several Luvs and have a HUGE inventory of OEM parts so if you already have a Luv and are looking for parts check with me I might have what you need.Truck Runs good (See video, after warm up all you have to do is breathe on the key and it starts up)Drives, Lights work, Instrument Panel works, Speedo works but the odometer quit rolling the miles.Deluxe and Custom features:Cloth material, Seat is in great condition and very comfortable.Custom plexi-glass door panels covered in black marine vinyl.Carpet is o.k. but looks like piece work. (Good one piece black carpet comes with truck).Alpine AM/FM Stereo C/D Player with box speakers behind the seat and speakers under the seat. Sounds Good.Split rear window. (If you don't like split rear windows I have a stock rear window that could be included for an extra charge).Sunroof.Rear tube bumper with reciever. (Sagging down on right, needs adjusted)Grant GT Steering wheel.Pedal Covers.Sport mirrors.Napa Efficiency console.Package tray.Skull shift knob and door lock knobs.Lund SunvisorSpoiler / Air dam from an 83 S-10 has been added to the front bumper. (Front bumper has dents).Dash is out of a 74.Dash has an "Accuform Plastics" Dash Cover.All the dashes on these trucks crack, the cover worked great for the top but in the past couple of years the lower portion covering the front of the dash has cracked by the glovebox and cover has a small crack on top by the defroster vent.Headliner good but has a hole and shrinkage around the sunroof.Weber Carb.Full tank of gas.Truck has always been maintained, (Oil changes, tune ups, etc.)Tires are BFG T/A radials, P215/70R14 all around. (15 years old and showing some weathering) still good tread.Wheels are aluminum, not sure brand but the caps say "Ultra". (Wheels have corrosion)Has Spare tire rack under the box, spare with stock steel wheel, crank for rack, lug wrench and hydraulic jack.Some misc. parts will be included.Windshield is cracked. (Good used windshield with new gasket will be included)Steering is a little loose. (Good used steering box will be included)Transmission has a slight vibration in 4th gear but does have a "sweet spot '' where it's all smooth. (Good used transmission will be included)Sunroof will leak if you open it up and disturb the seal. (NOS in the box Sunroof will be included)New Electronic ignition distributor, cap and rotor will be included. (I was going to convert it to EI)Horn is an aftermarket air horn that used to work but probably stuck from sitting. (Would need disassembeled and cleaned)I have folder of repair reciepts that will be included.Paint is primer that has worn through over the years to create a wild patina.Has some dents and rusted spots on / in the box.Floors are good, rockers are good, most rust is surface.Overall good little truck that you can get in and drive today but it is 47 years old and needs some LUV.I drove it to the post office the other day and it did fine.Truck is being sold in "AS-IS" condition.Buyers are welcome to come check it out in person or have someone check it out for you.Please bid to buy, Bid to own.Do not bid if you don't plan on going through with the transaction.Check with your spouse if you need to before bidding.Check with your bank to make sure you have the funds before bidding.Truck can be driven home or I can work with your transporter for loading.See pictures for details.I think I covered it, Message me if you have questions or want to inspect the truck.Cash in person or bank wire transfer payment only.
