Description of 1979 Chevrolet Corvette

1979 Chevrolet Corvette coupe with L-82 engine and 4 speed transmission . I have owned this vehicle for 15 years and have over the years managed to rebuild most of the car using USA made parts almost exclusively. black leather interior 3 years old. engine underwent a performance rebuild 34000 miles ago. transmission and clutch 10000 miles ago. front bushings and coil springs replaced. all brake calipers have been sleeved and new hoses. brake booster and master cylinder rebuilt. rear hubs and arms rebuilt and new rear spring. new windshield. original engine block and transmission and rear differential so it is a numbers matching car. paint is awlgrip linear polyurethane about 8 years old. not perfect but looks really good. pioneer super tuner and cd player with 500 watt amp and bose speakers. 500 miles on a brand new set of TA radials on factory alloy wheels. car drives really well and solid (not a bunch of squeaks and rattles) recent calif. smog cert. and current registration with a clear calif. title. things that need attention on the car are a new bezel for wiper switch. it needs the heater and vent control panel in the console replaced and the bushing for the pin in the top hinge of the drivers door needs to be replaced. Items I just haven't gotten around to repairing. This is a car you will be proud to own. its not a garage queen you can get in this car and drive it. I have driven it to Chicago and back twice with no problems whatsoever. I feel its a very fair price offering this car for $8750. 00 I don't drive the car much anymore due to health issues so some one that's looking for a good vette at a good price this is your car. I can't imagine anybody being disappointed with this car. A $500 deposit needs to be paid to paypal at time of purchase and the balance due in 7 days in cash at time of pick up or bank draft or cashiers check or direct transfer ahead of pick up time. Vehicle will not be released until funds are in my account if paying by check or bank draft.
