Description of 1973 Chevrolet Camaro

Nice Original "Real Z-28" (fifth digit a T in the VIN) Camaro showing its born with dark blue paint and white Z-28 stripes after one repaint. Minor paint chips and a paint crack in the driver sail panel area see pics.

I am the fourth own and will try to describe the car as I know and can confirm

Matching number 350 engine with 245 hp, and a "CLK" suffix code which were put in front of the automatic transmissions, engine runs great and does not smoke or knock, no issues.

Floor and trunk pans are in great shape. Odometer shows 77000 miles, actual mileage I can not confirm

Engine appears to have all of the original brackets, pulleys, and Quadrajet carburator, although the alternator has been replaced, the original distributor has had an electronic conversion installed with a MSD ignition box hidden in the glove box. Smog pump and tubes have been removed and no I don't have them. The A/C blows cold and has been converted to R134, though not as good as a new vintage air system does.

The transmission is a 400 turbo hydramatic, I slid my phone up the side to try and take a picture of the number plate but the numbers are not legable see attached picture and you be the judge.

The rearend is a original big 10 bolt "CM" axel coded (342 gear positrac) with A263 date

White interior is in very good condition with minimum wear, new black carpet and no cracks or scratches on the dash pad or console.

All lights, gauges, signals, and wipers work as should and sorry but yes the "Fasten Seat Belt" light and buzzer still works.

If I was going to keep the car I would replace the door and kick panels as they are showing age from normal wear

Yes this is a 42 year old car although in very good condition shows some wear and may even have a rattle when you hit a bump in the road.
