The five tires of this van are new new power steering and air conditioner belt new disk and shoe pads. new brake and brake lines The van have small new fan heater microwave refrigerator sink 5 gallon tank for the clean water and 5 gallon tank for waste water solar system that run all the lights a brand new converter box (300 v) a brand new manual toilet electric cord to plug in any outlet to run everything in it a new small drawer 2 large seats in good condition on the back of this van and a small table in the middle are to be use as the living room. After dinner these two seat can be open to form a kind bed all the windows are in good conditions. The owner had all the papers of all repair made the title and all the manuals.
