Description of 1965 Chevrolet Nova

Selling my 1965 Nova.

It has a 230 inch six with three speed on the column and the scarce "309" bell housing that works with V8/4 speed application.

The rear is the original 10 bolt with "BC" code 3.36 open gears.

It also has 14" Rally wheels with beauty rings and hats and excellent radial tires.

The paint is presentable and interior decent.

Solid trunk. Some patch work done on front floors. Rockers are fine.

I've added new battery tray new glove box new tail light lenses and bulb sockets and rear light wiring. Also added new turn signal mechanism.

All four rear lights work as stop/turn. I replaced the trunk lid lights with tail lights. Love the look!

All lights work as they should except the dome light. Car came without door jam switches!

It's a perfect candidate for a drivetrain update - 327/383 etc.

These early 2 door Nova's are quite rare and most are used up or already done for big $$.

The true mileage is unknown. Odometer broken at 60K miles.

Speedo works as does gas gauge and all locks.

The engine runs OK.

Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
