1953 GMC 3100 3 window This is a true GMC not a Chevy for every 5 Chevy’s made one gmc was made Truck is super solid no rot thru anywhere amazing how solid this truck is. Built in MI Shipped to Montana served its life in duty then laid up for a long rest period and during that time mother nature took over and gave it this amazing paint and patina kind of like a face lift you ask me. This is 100% the real deal and it is truly a piece of art to us car guys. Truck was purchased from Montana shipped home and was tore down and the body set aside at this point the choice was made for the power plant Cummins 4bt why I think it’s more WHY NOT. This struck is unmistakable when it fires up and pulls in the truck has a sound of its own that can only be called bad ass people go crazy for this thing it’s built the way it should have been. Rides pretty darn good on these horrible MI roads no bouncing or kidney killing air ride was in question but I have other cars with it and they drift around the road I don’t really enjoy that ride. I would say this is more like a vette tight suspension that you can feel working very tight steering for corners. I can run the highway at 70 mph and get 22 mpg in my 63 year old truck that’s better than some brand new cars. There is no radio there is working heat working windows working t18 trans with new throw out bearing and clutch and a great running Cummins known to outlast almost all motors on earth that being said I WOULD DRIVE THIS TRUCK ANYWHERE.
