1952 Chrysler New Yorker - Actual Barn FindCar was last tagged in 1966 and has been in storage ever since. 331 cu. Chrysler Firepower HEMI V8. The engine starts easy and runs well. Car doesn't overheat. but water pump will need to be rebuilt at some point (leaks at seal. )Fluid-Matic transmission works and shifts properly. Car also has:Rebuilt carburetorNew gas tankRebuilt starterRebuilt master cylinderThe car has almost no rust except in the spare tire well in the trunk (see pictures. ) The body is very straight. with only two minor dings evident. The floors are good. This car drives really well. The front end is tight and tracks straight. Fully restored. this car prices at $20. 00 plus. This New Yorker would be an easy restoration. or could easily be turned into a unique rat road or just a fun family cruiser. The mechanical parts are good and the car is very solid. Early HEMI engines are selling for around $3. 00. This one is complete and runs great. We need to sell this car. so we've set a low reserve price. The engine is worth $3000.
