Beautiful '64 Imperial Crown hardtop for restoration. This car was attending car shows up until 2007 when it sat until I got it several weeks ago. I saved it from the guy who parked it back then. I've gotten it to run pretty good from a can under the hood, and the transmission goes into gear well, fluid is red. Other than that I can't tell you much. The original gas tank looks ok and will probably need to be cleaned. The brakes will need new wheel cylinders at least. One front one was froze, so I removed the shoes and hardware so it will roll. All parts included. Also, the car needs a set of valve covers. I used the originals for another project, and went to replace them with some aftermarket used ones, and the passenger side one will not clear the heater core box. The car has power windows that do not work as of now. Also, the air conditioning has been converted to 134A, but is no longer cold. Compressor did kick on when I tried it however. The cloth inserts in the seats are shot, but the leather is still pretty good. The headliner is shot, as well as the dash pad. The driver's side door is rotted (have no idea why), but the other three are good, front clip is extremely nice, rockers, floors and frame are excellent, quarters are very good with some superficial rust, the worst part of the car is the rose panel (between the rear window and trunklid). It's rotted and will need to be replaced from a parts car. The trunk floor has a hole in it due to this. The rear bumper also has some rot. Original color is Wedgewood Blue (the color on the sides), and in the 90's the car was two toned with the heavy metallic blue that's on the top, along with the crazy pinstriping. It can be buffed and waxed to look decent. This would make a fantastic parts car if you chose not to fix it, but in my opinion, the car is very fixable. Offered here at a very good price for an Imperial. Car is in Ocala, Florida, any questions please ask.
