1969 datsun 2000 roadster restored to C/P spec's. 2000cc long rod engine with 1600 rods/ARP bolts J&E pistons and balanced. The head was cc'd and ported and polished with a iskenderian cam and springs and the correct lash pads. Also has the jack shaft-timing chain tensioner modification. Lightened flywheel and performance clutch. Datsun comp oil pan and 44mm solex carbs on a comp manifold and wrapped header. Datsun comp springs front and rear as well as the front sway bar and koni shocks all around. Front brakes up dated to volvo 240 slotted rotors and 4 piston calipers and brake master brace. 2 1/2 inch exhaust,battery kill,10 gallon fuel cell and more! This was to be the twin to my #49 BRE 240z but a bad crash in the 240 has set me back and i cannot complete the roadster. At 1900 lb;s and 189 hp on 225-50-14 hankook slicks and 14x7 ultralites this will be a great vintage race car! Needs the roll bar welded in and the forward part built as well as current belts and fresh brake pads. 90+% done and almost ready to race! $12500
