Description of 1973 Datsun Z-Series 240z |
This is a NO RESERVE Auction! Please be sure to use the zoom feature so as to get a good look at the pictures and use the zoom feature to see the details of this 1973 Datsun 240z manual4 speed. I towed this treasure from a fellow car guys house in Michigan who is moving back to Calf and the car is just too good of a model to even consider scrapping or parting out. I have removed both inner door panels and the rear 3 piece spoiler for my own 1971 240z, otherwise everything else shown is included. The interior and exterior contents appear to be mostly stock original with only the am/fm radio missing, she has good floors and looks like only 1 paint job since the factory painted orange. All gauges arepresent, so is the stock rosewood steering wheel and matching shift knob. The carpets, console, heater, heater fan andAC control unit are all present as are the inner door panel arm rests, door pulls, all the windows wind up, the weather stripping is also suffice includingthe hatch lifting and closing securelyas it should with luggage straps and with the spare tire also present. The bumpers, panels and engine with rare air conditioning unit appear to be all stock outside of the Holly Carburetor and the exterior front air dam. I have not tried to start her as I would prefer to have a pro do that in proper sequence. I have taken a picture of the underside at the rear soyou cansee thesolid gas tank and exhaust. It will be my pleasure to answer any further questions you have on thevehicle, simply call us at 954-242-9660.
