Description of 1974 Datsun Z-Series |
| 74 260Z with 300 HP 350 Chevy engine out of a 1978 Caprice. custom motor mounts with 350 turbo auto transmission. Used JTR V8 conversion manual. 10 gallon fuel cell and Edelbrock 4 barrel and intake. oversized radiator. Shortened / customized driveshaft. Has been sitting for several years. It was running though needed carburetor adjustment when I got busy (I don't know carbs). Body clean, needs paint, battery, tires and TLC then it will be a rocket. Hood has locking pins due to latch had to be removed to set engine back for good weight balance. |
