Description of 1974 Datsun Z-Series

This is a very rare combination of a beautiful and well kept 1974 Datsun 260Z with a new Chevy ZZ4 Crate Engine. The ZZ4 engine alone has a replacement value of OVER $4000, ithout installation. It has a new transmission and Richmond gears were added to the rear end to handle the more powerful engine. The engine has LESS than 1000 miles on it, nd is rated at 355 Horsepower. At only about 2400 pounds-this car will fly.
Paint is in very good condition except for one small spot next to the hood. The rest of the body is solid and RUST FREE. The hood has customized louver slots that make this car stand out from all the others. The door cards and seats are completely original. The passenger seat has a small spot that shows wear and tear. Tires have 90%+ of the tread left, n deep dish chrome wheels in excellent condition.
All of the instruments on the panel work perfectly with the exception of the clock. The speedometer will have to be recalibrated. Car has manual steering and manual brakes. The previous owner added a premium sound system. There are speakers at the bottom of both doors, here are 2 more behind the seats, nd a woofer on the back deck. The Sony CD player has a removable face.
This car does NOT have A/C. It originally did have air, ut when the motor was upgraded, he A/C was not re-installed. All of the AC components under the dashboard are still there, o it would not be a huge deal to reinstall the air.
This Z has been garaged for years as is obvious upon inspection. This is a classic sports car with the engine of a muscle car. No one you know has a 260Z like this!
